The TruSpoke tool is a precision instrument designed to efficiently and scientifically true any spoke wheel, such as those used in bicycles and motorcycles. TruSpoke has successfully received its patent. The concept behind TruSpoke is to measure the displacement between the tip of the spoke and the tip of the nipple. In simpler terms, it quantifies how far the nipple has been threaded onto the spoke (see the image below). As the spoke is threaded deeper into the nipple, the displacement increases. Conversely, as the spoke is threaded out of the nipple, the displacement decreases.
