SUBMISSIONS
All remarks, suggestions, ideas, graphics, or other information communicated to Skylar Tools through
this Site (together, the “Submission”) will forever be the property of Skylar Tools or any of its related,
affiliated or subsidiary companies and you waive all of your rights, including but not limited to moral
rights, therein if applicable. Except as described in our Privacy Policy, Skylar Tools or any of its related,
affiliated or subsidiary companies will not be required to treat any Submissions as confidential, and will
not be liable for any ideas for its business (including without limitation, product or advertising ideas) and
will not incur any liability as a result of any similarities that may appear in future Skylar Tools operations.
Without limitation, Skylar Tools or any of its related, affiliated or subsidiary companies will have
exclusive ownership of all present and future existing rights to the Submission of every kind and nature
everywhere. Except as noted below in the last paragraph of this section, Skylar Tools or any of its
related, affiliated or subsidiary companies will be entitled to use the Submission for any commercial or
other purpose whatsoever without compensation to you or any other person sending the Submission.
Your Submission, including personally identifiable information, is voluntary and subject to the Privacy
Policy. You are responsible for the content of the Submission and agree to defend (at Skylar Tools’
option and at your sole expense), indemnify and hold Skylar Tools or any of its related, affiliated or
subsidiary companies harmless from any damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including attorneys’ fees,
which Skylar Tools or any of its related, affiliated or subsidiary companies may incur as a result of your
Submission. If you are viewing this Site on a public computer or are otherwise using a computer to
which multiple people have potential access, be sure to follow all relevant instructions to ensure you are
sufficiently disconnected and logged off this Site and the computer system you are using to prevent
unauthorized Submissions or access to your Skylar Tools account. Skylar Tools retains the right to
review, edit, or delete from this Site any Submission, which Skylar Tools in its sole discretion considers
illegal, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate. You are solely responsible for maintaining and keeping
secure your Skylar Tools account information.

ARBITRATION
Any controversy or dispute between you and Skylar Tools concerning this Site or the Materials shall be
submitted to final and binding arbitration as the sole and exclusive remedy for such controversy or
dispute. Any claim shall be made by filing a demand for arbitration within one (1) year following the
occurrence first giving rise to the claim. The right and duty of the parties to resolve disputes by
arbitration shall be governed exclusively by the Federal Arbitration Act, and arbitration shall take place
according to the Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be held
in Dover, Delaware. Each party shall bear all of its own costs of arbitration, except that the fees of the
arbitrator shall be divided equally between the parties. The arbitrator shall have no authority to amend
or modify the terms of this Agreement or to award punitive or exemplary damages, and the award may
be enforced by judgment. Before, during, or after arbitration each party shall have the right, without
awaiting the outcome of the arbitration, to seek interim injunctive relief from an appropriate court
including but not limited to temporary restraining orders or preliminary injunctions. Seeking any such
remedies shall not be deemed a waiver of either party’s right to compel arbitration.
MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Skylar Tools can revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by modifying or updating this posting.
Your use of this Site on or after the effective date of any such modification or update will constitute your
acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as modified and/or updated.
WAIVER
No delay or omission by Skylar Tools to exercise any right occurring upon any noncompliance on your
part with respect to any of the terms of this agreement will impair any such right or power or be
construed to be a waiver thereof. Any waiver by Skylar Tools of any of the covenants, conditions or
agreements to be performed by you will not be construed to be a waiver of any succeeding breach
thereof or of any covenant, condition or agreement herein contained. If any part of these Terms and
Conditions is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the
validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Any information related to your use of this Site
for illegal purposes will be provided to law enforcement authorities. These Terms and Conditions and
the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between the parties relating to the use of this Site
and supersede and replace any prior agreement between the parties, except as otherwise set forth
above. In the event you browse, access or use another site hosted by Skylar Tools or its affiliates, you
may be subject to alternative terms and conditions of use, as may be specified on such site.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS:
The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a
confirmation of an offer to sell. Skylar Tools reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the
order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be
required prior to the acceptance of any order. Acceptance of order, requires the acceptance of the
consumer to the Skylar Tools Disclaimer/Limitation of Liability. By placing a credit card order, the
customer grants the Skylar Tools permission to contact their bank to verify name and address. While we
will try to meet your shipment and delivery dates, we may be unable to do so in the event of low
Product inventory. In addition, many events beyond our control can affect the delivery of your Products
after we provide it to the carrier. Therefore, we are not liable for late shipment or delivery or any loss,
damage, or penalty you incur from any delay in shipment or delivery. Not with standing the foregoing,
risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to you.
POSTAL SERVICE INTERNATIONAL MAIL SERVICE SUSPENSIONS
Effective July 23, 2021, The Postal Service™ is temporarily suspending international mail acceptance for
certain destinations due to impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic and other unrelated service
disruptions.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Please allow an additional 7-10 business days to process your order. All Standard Shipping Policies regarding lead time and availability still apply.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Prices are shown in US dollars.
- Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a “gift” or with altered prices.
- If you are visiting the US we can ship any product to your hotel or any UPS store for pickup.
- Please allow an additional 3-7 business days to process your order. All Standard Shipping Policies regarding lead time and availability still apply.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
- You are responsible for all back and forth shipping and brokerage charges for returns or exchanges.
- International shipments should be marked as a “Merchandise Return” with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. You are responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges.
- Any items shipped COD or having additional brokerage fees that are charged to Skylar Tool upon delivery will be rejected.
- All other applicable conditions and terms of our Return & Refund Policy apply to international returns.
WARRANTY FOR PRODUCTS
Skylar Tools Corporation warrants all of its products it sells and ships in the United States and
Canada for one year from the date of shipment to the original purchaser. The Skylar Tools
Corporation One-Year Limited Warranty is a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty. During the
applicable duration of the applicable personal or professional use warranty, at its option, Skylar
Tools will repair or replace its Products which fail to meet the personal or professional use
warranty standards, or provide a refund by repaying or crediting Customer with an amount
equal to the purchase price of such Products. Repair, replacement or refund shall be at the
election and expense of Skylar Tools, and is Customer’s exclusive remedy in place of all other
rights and remedies. This warranty only extends to the original Customer and cannot be
transferred or assigned. To obtain warranty service contact the Skylar Tools Customer Care
Center via telephone at 1-302-401-1232 or e-mail customerservice@skylartools.com. The
following information will be required with the customer’s warranty request: (1) date and proof
of purchase, (2) where customer purchased the product, (3) full name, (4) shipping address, (5)
phone number, (6) e-mail address, (7) item number(s) or approximate weight of return package.
Warranty requests that do not include all of the required information will not be processed.
Once the warranty request is validated, the customer will be provided an RGA number and will
be sent a shipping label either electronically thru e-mail or thru the U.S. mail, and must ship the
product to Skylar Tools. Upon receipt of the product, the warranty claim will be reviewed and
the product will be inspected. If the warranty request is found to be valid, the product will be
repaired and returned to the customer or a replacement product or refund will be shipped to
the customer. If the warranty claims is found to be invalid, the original product will be returned
to the customer. By repairing or replacing a Product, or providing a refund, Skylar Tools does not
waive a claim that a Product nevertheless has been subject to abnormal use.
While Skylar Tools Inc will assist international you with warranty claims, items may need to be
shipped to the U.S. for inspection or repair. You will be responsible for these additional back and
forth shipping charges.
To place an international order, please contact customerservice@skylartools.com for the items you are
interested including your email, phone and full shipping address. Shipping costs and timelines will be
calculated for your review prior to selecting items and entering your payment information. International
customers with questions can contact Customer Service at customerservice@skylartools.com.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your Products within thirty (30) days of
delivery so long as they are in their original condition and packaging and you enclose the original
packaging slip. We do not accept returns of Products where any part of the original packaging has been
opened, broken, or altered. We will refund your purchase price in full. You must return all Products and
Accessories that were included with the original package.
REFUND POLICY
Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or
packaging with all tags included.
Once your return is received and inspected by Skylar Tools Inc. (usually within 24 hours of
receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original
payment method. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an
additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our return
address.
ORDER CANCELLATION / MODIFICATIONS
- If you change your mind, act quickly! We turn around and process orders extremely quickly.
- Orders can be modified or cancelled only while their status is labeled “Order Received.” Once an order has a status of “Order Processed,” it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue to be shipped out.
RETURN SHIPPING OPTIONS
- For customers in any location, you have the option of using the carrier of your choice to return your order to us. We recommend shipping with a method which includes tracking and insurance for your return shipment.
- All shipments must be made prepaid; packages shipped COD will be rejected. Any Refused, Undelivered, or Abandoned package will be subject to a $10 Service Fee.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
- International shipments should be marked as a “Merchandise Return” with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. Customer is responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs charges.
- Any items shipped COD or having additional brokerage fees that are charged to Skylar Tools Inc. upon delivery will be rejected.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Please let us know ASAP if any items on your order arrive damaged. Please keep all original
shipping containers and take pictures if possible. Damaged item claims are handled through the
shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, USPS, OnTrac…). We will assist our customers in these
claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than
any of us would like!
RETURNS PROCESS
You can request a return be emailing customersupport@skylartools.com or you may also initiate a return by
calling (302)401-1232.
Please do not tape anything to the original product packaging! We need to get all products (and their
packaging!) back in new condition. Place all merchandise in a shipping box; you may use the original
shipping container. However, please DO NOT use the manufacturer’s product box as the shipping
container. It will arrive damaged and the package will be rejected by our returns department. Returns
should be shipped to an address giving at time of inquiry.
